REFLEXIONES DE UN CORREDOR; EL ORGULLO DE PERTENECER A UN CLUB

Como ya anuncie,voy a empezar una nueva seccion en el blog, a ver si dura,en la cual quiero compartir con vosotros lo que me viene a la cabeza cuando,por ejemplo, voy a rodar en solitario,muchas veces no hay mas remedio,y que seguro que  alguno mas de vosotros lo ha pensado alguna vez, de hay el titulo reflexiones de un corredor.
He decidido estrenar esta seccion con algo que hacia tiempo que queria compartir con tod@s vosotr@s.
Por alla por mayo del 2014, se celebro la segunda edicion de los 10/5 k. La Cala de Finestrat a los cuales se me ocurrio participar.
La carrera en si  me fue muy bien, me encontre a gusto y comodo y eso se noto en el transcurso de la carrera.Al finalizar, se me ocurrio comprobar la clasificacion, solo por curiosidad sin aspirar a mucho.Cual fue mi sorpresa cuando comprobe que habia quedado tercero en Veteranos B, en ese momento me emocione como hacia tiempo que no lo hacia.No lo podia creer, nunca pense que me pasaria a mi, esta claro que algunos estais mas acostumbrados a estas situaciones.
Entonces me dirgi a la playa y reflexione.Pense en todo el bien que el running a hecho en mi vida y lo que la ha enriquecido en todos los aspectos.Pense en el dia que decidi contactar con M.Jose y Adolfo para unirme al club, mis primeros entrenamientos donde conoci a gente tan estupenda ,el ambiente tan maravilloso de las carreras,la enorme satisfaccion de conseguir metas que un tiempo atras hubiera pensado en imposibles.
Cuando por fin, recogi el trofeo, pense en el club y en lo orgulloso que pertenecer a el, gracias a la gente tan estupenda que lo compone.Ese no fue un triunfo mio si no del C.A.ALTEA.


I'd like  to start this new section,called runner's thoughts, with something I wanted to share with you for a while.Around May last year, I took part in a race in La Cala, it was a 10k.It went really well, I felt comfortable and performed well.At the end, only out of curiosity,I decided to check the qualification and to my astonishment, found out I finished third in my cathegory.I couldn't believe it, such an achievement for me,
then I got very emotional and began to think.I thoght of how running had improved my life in all aspects.
I thought of my beginning in the club, my first trainings, the wonderful people I was meeting, the great atmosphere of the races....
When I finally picked up the trophy I felt very proud of being part of the club and thought that trophy had been won by the C.A.Altea.

FELIZ 2015 ATOD@S

Espero que hayais empezado el 2015 con buen pie, yo estoy convencido de que sera muy especial y que os traera muchas alegrias y muchas carreras que disfrutar.
Por mi parte me gustaria mejorar cada vez mas el blog.He pensado en incluir algunas secciones nuevas como por ejemplo analisis de las carreras, con puntuaciones del 1 al 10, o reflexiones de un corredor, que creo que son muy interesantes.
Todo esto lo hago con mucha ilusion pero dependera del tiempo que me dejan el curro y las dos peques, que es muy limitado.
Tambien quiero que sepais que a veces no es tan facil comprobar la clasificacion ya que no viene por clubs y tengo que mirar uno por uno, lo cual lleva mucho tiempo.Algunas paginas te dan mucha informacion y otras casi ninguna.
Bueno, espero que esteis tod@s preparandose para Santa Pola, hay que dejar el liston muy alto esta vez!

I hope you began this 2015 in the best way, I'm quite confident is going to be an excellent year.
As far as I'm concerned I'd like to improve the blog.I thought of adding a couple of sections like an analize of the races, giving marks from 1 till10, and also a runner's thoughts .
All this depending on the time my work and ,specially, my two daughters allow me.
Anyway, I hope you are gearing up for Santa Pola, we must keep the good reputation.

MITJA MARATO SERRA D'OLTA 2014

No,no me he olvidado de los valientes que tuvieron lo que hay que tener para disputar la tan dura Mitja Marato Serra d'Olta de 2014.
La fecha fue el pasado 14 de diciembre, cuando a las 9'30 desde el polideportivo municipal se daba el pistoletazo de salida a esta prueba que terminaria 21k mas tarde, despues de pasar por la cima d'Olta.
Parece ser que la temperatura fue buena y que los nuestros disfrutaron de una magnifica jornada matinal.
No hubo que lamentar ninguna lesion, lo cual todos celebramos.
Asi se portaron nuestros heroes d'Olta.

I did not forget that last december the 14th, a few brave fellow runners made it to the Serra d'Olta mountain half marathon 2014.
The race, kicked off at 9'30 from the sport center in Calpe where it ended 31k later.The weather was fine and none got injured wich is always good news,here are the times of our heroes.

Perdonar si me he dejado alguno pero he tenido que mirar uno a uno,no venia por equipos, 532 corredores y guiarme por los nombres que me sonaban eran del club.Por supuesto tampoco venian los posibles podiums, seguramente Magda hizo uno pero no lo se.

VUELVE EL 3X1 EN SAN SILVESTRES

Recientemente, la directiva del club, se desplazo a un conocido supermercado, en busca de una buena San Silvestre para el club, y cual fue su satisfaccion que pillaron la oferta del 3X1, tambien habia latas de caballa en la misma oferta para los iteresados.
O sea que, una vez mas, y que sean muchas, el club ha participado en las San Silvestres de Altea, La Nucia y Calpe, y seguro que disfrazados o no, todos han pasado un gran rato.
Aprovecho para desearos un maravilloso 2015, yo estoy convencido de que va a ser extraordinario si no ya vereis compis!
