A las 19h del 31 de mayo, se dio el pistoletazo de salida a la que seria la novena edicion del circuito de la Marina Alta.El punto de salida era el Cami del Pinaret, al igual que la meta,y habia duchas disponibles en el polideportivo municipal.
Hay que dar la enoharabuena a la nutrida representacion de corredores del C.A.ALTEA que se desplazaron a la diminuta localidad de la marina alta, un total de catorce entre los mas de mil corredores que acudieron a la cita.
Una vez mas felicitarlos a todos por su excelente actuacion, e aqui sus tiempos;
At precisely 7p.m., on May the 31st began the 9th edition of the Marina Alta borough circuit,this time it was the turn of the small hamlet of Jesus Pobre.
The starting point was, as known locally,Cami del Pinaret, and runners could use the showers at the local sport center.
A total of 14 runners from C.A.Altea made it to the race, wich is an excellent number and we can do nothing else than congratulate those who went for their excellent perfolrmance, here are the times:

ONDARA
La fecha, 24/05/2014,el lugar Ondara, la hora,las 19h.A esa hora exacta se dio el pistoletazo de salida a la VIII edicion del circuito de la Marina Alta y en la cual 1300 corredores hambrientos de carrera lograron cruzar la meta.
La organizacion corrio a cargo del ayuntamiento de Ondara junto con el C.A.Ondara y los 10k comenzaron en la avenida Dr. Fleming.
El C.A.Altea estuvo muy bien representado por 9 mienbros los cuales cosecharon unos muy buenos resultados que detallo a continuacion:

Teulada
A las 19h,del pasado sabado, 10 de mayo, empezo , desde la Plassa Constitucio, la sexta edicion del circuito de la Marina Alta.
Organizada por el ayuntamiento y el C.A.Corremundos, fue, esta vez el turno de Teulada la que acogio esta carrera de 10k que por el desnivel del terreno, la hacen especialmente dura.
Nuestro club estuvo representado por un nutrido grupo de entusiasmados corredores, aqui estan sus tiempos:

Organised by the town hall and the local running club,C.A.Corremundos,it was the turn of Teulada to host this 10k long race, wich happens to be quite hard since it is everything but flat.

III SUBIDA A LA CRUZ, BENIDORM
El pasado 4 de mayo se disputo una interesante y bonita carrera, la cual personalmente, os quisiera recomendar a todos.
El pistoletazo se dio a las 10h, de una soleada jornada matinal.
Tengo que decir que con anterioridad tuve la gran satisfaccion de conocer personalmente a Angel Lopez, un gran atleta e cual me enorgullece que sea mienbro de mismo club.
El itinerario nos llevaba a cubrir toda la playa de poniente,despues hacia arriba direccion Cala Tio Ximo torciendo hacia la izquierda direccion a la cruz.Una vez arriba, se tenia que coger la cruz ,una por corredor, y bajarsela hasta el punto de salida.
En definitiva, una buena carrera diferente a las que estamos acostumbrados.
Dar la enhorabuena a la excelente organizacion, nos trataron muy bien,nos dieron buena bolsa e incluso el masajito que no biene nada mal.
Como anecdota decir que,es la primera vez que me tomo una cerveza marca Carrefour, y no esta mal oye.

Benidorm's III Subida a la cruz.
Last May, the 4th,at 10a.m.and starting at the town hall square,kicked off the third edition of this race that along 10k, takes the runner along the whole of Levante beach, then all the way up to the cross,pick up the cross,one per runner, and back the way you came.
I must say that I definetey recomend this race for its interesting nature that makes it challenging, and its great views.
Congratulations to the organisers and volunteers who did a superb job.
We were treated quite well all along and were given a nice goody bag and a free massage that went down a treat.
Also I had the sheer pleasure to meet Angel, what a great guy despite how young he is!

PEGO
Esta vez le tocaba a Pego organizar la quinta edicion del Circuito de la Marina Alta.
El pasado sabado, 3 de mayo, a las 19h mas de 1400 corredores acudieron a la llamada, para hacer lo que mas le gusta a un corredor aparte de la cerveza fresquita.
De los que acudieron al Passeig de Cervantes, aquella tarde, siete eran de los nuestros, aqui estan sus cronos:

Last 3rd of May, took place the 5th race of the Marina Alta's borough Circuit.
This time it was the turn of Pego to play as host, more than 1400 runners turned up that Saturday at 7 p.m. to do what we ,runners, enjoy doing so much apart from sex and beer.
